1. License

Each purchase of SPExplorer grants you a perpetual, non-transferable license to deploy the software on one SharePoint domain (e.g. yourcompany.sharepoint.com). The license covers unlimited users within that domain.

2. Permitted use

You may deploy SPExplorer on your SharePoint environment for internal business use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the software. Modification of the generated .aspx file for your own deployment is permitted.

3. Payment

SPExplorer is a one-time purchase. Prices are displayed in GBP and USD at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. No recurring charges apply.

4. Downloads

After purchase, you may download your configured .aspx file up to 5 times. If you need additional downloads, contact support with your order ID.

5. Refunds

Since SPExplorer is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@spexplorer.com within 14 days of purchase if you experience issues.

6. Support

Email support is provided at support@spexplorer.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Support covers installation assistance and configuration — it does not cover SharePoint administration or custom development.

7. Limitation of liability

SPExplorer is provided "as is". We are not liable for any data loss, downtime, or damages arising from use of the software. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price paid.
