When you purchase SPExplorer, we collect your email address and payment details (processed securely by Stripe or PayPal). We also store your order ID and the configuration choices you make (company name, logo URL, brand colours, SharePoint domain).

2. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to fulfil your order: generating your customised .aspx file, verifying your license, and providing access to the user manual. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data storage

Order data is stored securely in Vercel KV (hosted by Upstash). Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe and PayPal — we never store your full card details. Data is retained for as long as needed to support your license.

4. Cookies

We use minimal cookies: an authentication cookie for user manual access (spx_docs) and standard analytics. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@spexplorer.com.
